RETURN POLICY
TOMILOR has been standing strong behind its quality over 25 years and this is the very reason that customers catch the pride wearing it. Before shipping, a product is always well monitored and cross checked as your satisfaction is important for us. Having worldwide customers the need of perfection in results is a key factor.


REFUND
Upon placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent along with the requested size for the leather jacket. The customer must confirm the size within 24 hours. Once the size is confirmed, the jacket will be made accordingly. If we do not receive any confirmation from the customer, we will proceed with the ordered size. It is important to note that we do not keep stock jackets. All jackets, whether made to measure or in standard sizes, are produced after the order is placed. To avoid any issues with sizing, please refer to the size chart and measuring guide provided.
Custom-made items and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. These items are specially made for you and cannot be returned however alterations can be made free to them. Buyers have to pay there and back courier charges from their own. We process all orders strictly to buyers selected size and colors. We will not be able to provide refund or exchange in this particular case. Size charts are available with detailed information for measuring your size on our website. International returns
If you would like to return the garment for any Alteration, please use the enclosed freepost sticker, which displays the return address. Simply seal the box or bag, affix the freepost sticker over your delivery address, and take it to any post office. Returns from outside India must be clearly labelled as Returned Goods and specified as such on any customs declarations to prevent import duty, VAT and administration charges being mistakenly applied to your shipment. Leather man will decline any shipment with outstanding customs charges and your parcel will be returned to you.


Colour Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the colour of the pictures shown on the site. Slight colour aberration may not mean that the leather is defective or mis-shipped.
